| Marijuana and Driving Nahant Police Dept. 198 Nahant Rd. Nahant, MA. 01908 Saturday, March 23, 2024 8:00A - 4:00P THIS CLASS IS FULL This eight hour class will enable patrol officers, supervisors, and police administrators to better understand the issues involving marijuana and driving. Topics will include: Marijuana/Hash/Wax/Dabs/BHO/Synthetic Cannabinoids How Marijuana works in the body Driving indicators of impairment and marijuana Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs) SFST Refresher and usefulness in OUI marijuana cases Other Field Tests for drug impairment Indicators of Marijuana impairment Comm. vs. Gerhardt issues |
| Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) ARIDE courses will be scheduled throughout 2024. Classes are limited to 25 participants.
